When you join the Overcast Golf Club waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, ZIP code, and answer about how often you expect to play. If a signup form includes a pricing question, we also collect the answer you submit about the planned membership price range. If you contact Adam directly, we also receive the information you include in your message.

How we use it

We use this information to manage the waitlist, understand local interest and membership preferences, and send updates about the planned club, location, opening timeline, and membership availability.

Services we use

We use ActiveCampaign to manage waitlist information and send emails. Email-open and link-click tracking is enabled, allowing us to see recorded opens and clicks on links in our emails. Our website is hosted by Sevalla.

If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta processes your submission and shares the information you submit with us.

Your choices and questions

You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails. For privacy questions or requests to update or delete your waitlist information, email adam@overcastgolf.com.
